If I remember correctly about Utopia of Sexuality
They were never actually gay and just thought they were. It's about a girl who thinks she's a lesbian and a guy who thinks he's gay and they fall in love.
I'd recommend Atashi wa Bambi - Both the male lead and female lead likes the same guy.
In the end though after they go through all of these things together, they fall for each other.
