I don't pay much attention to naruto but from time to time i catch up. I was wondering if I simply missed something that would make this line make sense. Tobi is a good boy. I see this posted at the end of comments or as peoples signature all the time and was wondering what this referred to other than Tobi being relatively Innocent and nice.
