I forgot the name of a yaoi. The uke likes his friend but hides it. In the past the uke was forced by his class to put on make up etc. He moved or something and in the present for some event(school festival?) they put his name down for dressing like a girl and he freaks out over it.

I've read exactly a "BUNCH" of bl, and that doesn't sound like most of them. Its actually fairly specific.
The uke has a traumatic past experience in jr high where his classmates put make up on him etc. They do so because hes feminine. In high school his new classmates with no knowledge of this past experience try to coerce him into dressing like a girl for a school event(like cheer leading for sports day or a cross-dressing cafe). He doesn't want to do it, makes a scene, and his friend(who happens to be the guy he likes) says he'll do it instead.
