I'm not sure if anyone on here is into Crysis or modding for that matter, but I thought I would throw up a post and let it fly. I am working on a mod for Crysis that includes monsters and themes from the Cthulu universe.

The mod looks nice. But you play Crysis!? I didnt even know there was a PC in existence powerful enough to run it!!!!

Glados is a bitch. She made me kill the companion cube, the only friend I'll ever have. 😢

Lol, the game scales very nicely. My buddy has a 700 dollar gaming rig that runs it on med/high settings. I have a pretty nice machine (since I am a computer guy by trade) so it does run great on my machine. People do tend to exaggerate the system requirements of the game, because even on medium there isn't a console game that can touch it for graphics.

I play Crysis...that thing's a monster on my PC I thought I had a really good set up to last me years then Crysis comes along and I can only run it on med settings...

Yeah that game will do it to you. I upgraded about 6 months before the game to get ready for it. I really was anticipating the mod tools, so I wanted to have a decent rig to run them properly. The game still looks good on med though doesn't it?

Yes it does...

It does but the draw distance is horrible. Most of my friends can run it well on medium (not me though 🙁 ) and the hills in the distance are all just one big texture it look sick...
