I need some info on how to track stuff😀

Things that have "partial" releases.
Like: 3.1, 3.2...; 3a, 3b...
If I mark the current one then I don't see the new release, because MU marks the chapter as read.
If I don't mark it, then I always have to check every "marked in my list" if there is a new chapter out.

What about series that have seasons? They won't show up correctly when tracked.
Like: The Gamer (currently at v4 c87 or 282, but the 'My Lists' shows c136 as the latest)

I know for sure that the tracker can go more than that because one piece has like tons of chapters and it can be read up to that amount when you mark the tracker.

MU doesn't track partial releases so you'll have to either mark it as read to a full chapter or you don't. For me, I use a spreadsheet or doc and Mark which ones that I read comes in partial release so I know where I left off at.
