I read a manhwa months ago that had a pretty interesting concept, but I can't for the life of me find it! I remember that the plot was NOT a traditional isekai, but the MC was still transported to an alternate past-day Tokyo, I think. I remember that he ended up being accused as a murderer because in this alternate world, his alt self actually WAS a murderer. Something like that... I don't really remember it too well. The series was ongoing and I forgot to bookmark it, but I wanna see if I can read some more of it.
