The setting is in middle east, hmm maybe 1001 arabian night? I mean there are a djinn and magic. The mc is weak and want to be a librarian he has brothers. but suddenly he goes on adventures with the djinn and his brother joined a gang named ankabut. Mc is weak to sun or hate sun? No, he's not glittering vampire
