-No, the key to art is how it effects those experiencing it so it’s separate from the artist

Superhero comic books are trash, what will happen, most of the biggest sociopaths will go to prison or end up dead fairly quickly.
The governments will just appropriate the most of the more useful people into the police forces and the military.
Those who are prone to vigilantism will go keep company to the sociopaths, dumb people being dumb.
Of course there will be some smart enough to be criminals and keep low profiles.
Shitholes on the world will remain shitholes, don't expect miracles just because superpowers, some power restructuring may apply.
Things will remain fairly the same as now.
