here's my suggestion:

How do you rate manga series?

• If I like it, then it'll be a 10. If I don't like it, it's a 1.
• I'm very picky. I haven't given out 10's before. Still looking for something that deserves it.
• I love using decimals. The last rating I gave was 8.7
• If my favourite series is getting a low rating, I'll rate it a 10 to raise its average. (and vice versa)
• Ratings are biased. I don't use them nor do I give my own.
• I rather spend the time to read the next manga.
