How about a poll asking whether or not the viewers of this site prefer everything to be labeled with the Romaji, or the with the Scanalators names for a manga.

I know I'd choose the scanalator names myself. Its too confusing now with all these Romaji names being highlighted.

It has to be a general poll though. That one is only aimed at BL fans and cat lovers. Maybe you mean a question like: "Are you fond of animals?" or "Do you have a pet(s)?"
