No and people who do so are crazy.
Yes all the time.
Sometimes if the characters are being stupid or if they fall for an obvious trap.
I do in my head.

-As long as what I'm reading doesn't suffer as a result
-No, focus must be on one thing at a time

If you've read scanlations of a manga, would you still buy it even though the ending sucks?

• Yes, of course. I love the manga as a whole.
• Yes, definitely. I don't care for the ending.
• Maybe I'll consider buying, if I've liked the rest of the story enough.
• No, because the ending is crucial but was ruined.
