How about one on how loyal you are to your favorite mangakas?
Or one on what languages you read manga in?
There's always favorite genres ......though it may have been done already

Perhaps a poll about how many hours a week you spend reading manga. I need a comfier chair... 😉

But that one above about health problems is even better. 😛 There is a manga health plus too, because I eat more fish and vegetables after reading manga. They are a good example for me... And it glamorizes exercise. I tried running up a tree, like Naruto. It's hard. Only got like three feet. But if I was voting, I'd say it made me gain weight. >-<

In manga everyone is usually beautiful and athletic, so we can, if not aspire to, imagine ourselves to be like that and feel better temporarily...

You should also take the "it makes me wear contact lens/glasses" option out.
It doesn't make sense.
