Kind of inspired by an existing thread -
Where would you like to live?
-In my country.
-Some other place.
And manga related -
What type of manga world do you prefer/would want to be in?
-A realistic one.
-A fantasy one.
Hrodulf and Bjornolfr, you will not be forgotten.

you would be my rainbow in shades of grey.[/color]
If I had a fantasy self, it'd be a tentacle monster.

You just got the last volume to a manga you’ve been waiting months for what do you do?
Hurry up and read it
Save it & start the manga over
Read the volume before it over to refresh you memory
Read it then start it over again

Quote from Masae
I recently read an article somewhere on a blog about how more females are reading shonen titles rather than their intended shoujo works for them. Hence, this suggestion is inspired from the article. The question can be something along the lines of:
Do you read manga titles that aren't directed to your demographic?
- Yes, I read a lot of shonen/seinen and I'm female.
- Yes, I read a lot of shoujo/josei and I'm a male
- No, I'm sticking to manga directed towards me
- I read all sorts of genres/no preference.

In general, how would you prefer to read your manga titles?
Native Language/Lettering (Kanji, Hiragana, etc.)
Roman Lettering (Romaji, Pinyin, etc.)
In My Native Language
I Don't Care, as long as I know what it is
I hope this suggestion makes sense, but just to explain ..
For example you have the manga 死がふたりを分かつまで which is the manga title in it's original language, japanese. Then you have Shi ga Futari o Wakatsu Made the same manga but with its romanization, romaji. Then the manga is also known as Until Death Do Us Part which is in my native language, english.
So yeah, I don't think there has been this suggestion before, but change it around however you see fit. It's kind of interesting because on lists, there really isn't any consistency to how a manga title is written, some are in romaji or just the english title.... hmmmm.

You should add English as a choice because even if it is your native language there are some that favor English but don't have it as native language (Think French, Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Norwegian, Russian, etc)

Do you think there is a strong enough distinction between manga intended for adults and for children? I refer to such things as smoking, drug use, sex, violence, ect. How much reality is acceptable at what age level?
Under 18 should not be able to view adult manga so easily.
As long as the content is clearly labeled, it's just a matter of adult supervision.
Smoking, drug use, etc., type manga should be on a separate, adult-only section of the internet.
The internet should be free-use to all ages.
Any problems are due to a generational gap and a lack of understanding of what manga is.
This poll suggestion could be way better and I ask for revamps. I was mainly thinking about the smoking. Smokers in manga always look so cool, but I'm an adult, so I know I can't afford to waste money on cigarettes... 🙂
P.S. As long as I get the original sense, I am happy, but I only read English. I really respect multi-linguitsts. My foreign language store is pitiful. And I like my manga realistic, but with ghosts and dragons and stuff. If I love a manga, I read it all the way through for each new episode.

My humble idea:
Which type of adaptation do you think generally turns out better?
-An anime based on a manga.
-A manga based on an anime.
-I've never noticed a difference.
-I generally stick with one or the other, so I don't know. {<-- i.e. I read manga a lot more than I watch anime, so I'm not the best person to ask this question 😉 }
This question could also be expanded to include live action, novels, and audio dramas.
