It's listed as completed and Mak Retranslations is said to have finished it . . . except that scanlator's disappeared off the web, as in their blog is gone. And now chapters 2 and 3 are unfindable in English.
Sad times. 😔

If it was ever completely scanlated at one point, then it still counts as completely scanlated.
