Okay, so it's part of a collection and I believe the first part is a few chapters long. The woman is either married or in a relationship and she has a rocky relationship with her husband or boyfriend. She meets another man and they become friends....then more than friends, and the woman ends up leaving her husband. I remember one scene in particular at the end involves the husband/boyfriend sitting at a booth with the woman and her new love interest and they are all getting a long.

I'm not quite sure what manga this is, but I've done some searching and found 2 manga that have similar themes that don't 100% match up with what you've said.

Note: These manga were found from focusing heavily on the idea that it was a married woman cheating so I searched looking to find manga about an unhappy married woman. I checked through tags like "Adultery" or "Affair/s" or others related to marriage.
If you could give more information on the story or even the other stories in the collection, that would probably be helpful. Information like: the genre of the manga you're looking for - is it shoujo? josei? did it have hentai elements?, if it was just a coworker or a boss, etc. Also, when you say the first part is a few chapters long, are you talking about the story you are trying to find is the 1st story and it's a few chapters long, or the story you are trying to find is like maybe the 2nd, 3rd, [insert number] story, but the 1st story in the collection is a few chapters long?
Like I said before, I searched through focusing heavy on a married woman cheating, so it could possibly be actually a girlfriend cheating instead.
For you, my suggestion is to go to the advanced search page on here and click off any genres that you are ABSOLUTELY certain about. For example, if you DEFINITELY know it's not a yuri manga, check mark the red box. Then in the Categories/Tags part I suggest looking through the dictionary of tags to find one that you are certain fits.
Be warned though: not everything is tagged correctly so even if it should have that tag, it might not.

All I can remember is that for the first couple of chapters the woman works next to him at the stand at the mall I believe and they form a friendship over that. It isn't even that smutty until the end when the woman and the man have sex at the end of it.
