Hi! Could you help me with finding this oneshot, I think it is from volume of oneshots collection. This is the plot:
Two boys born in a same day. They are nehigbours and study in one school/uni. The seme is popular and kind to everyone, except the uke. When the uke tells the seme he'll go to another school/uni the seme starts to act bad with everyone.

OMG I remember this yaoi too but I totally forgot what it was! I remember that I really liked it and it has the same plot as you described - I also hope somebody can find it! 😀

I think I found it! I think it's the short story Complex 17 in Vol 1 of Katekyo by Moegi Yuu.

Indeed I was ashamed to say it is really Katekyo by Moegi Yuu. Thank you for the one that suggested it! I just didn't find the exact oneshot in the volume. And after saying once it is not this manga I was ashamed to say this is it indeed. 🤨 Sorryyyy! 😢
