actually it might've been a manwha, im not sure. it's been awhile since i read it...

i can only remember that in the end it turned out that the main girl and guy kept getting reincarnated and that each time they'd fall in love, then one would kill the other somehow. when the guy realizes this he runs to tell the girl, who kills him before he tells her. then at the end it suggests that the pattern will continue.

i hope that wasnt too confusing, my memory of its a little fuzzy...
