high-school grades

Let's see...
I'm a senior in high school. High school has about 3300 with the senior class being about 800 people. Out of that 800, I'm one of the 18 people with straight A's in all 4 years of high school so far (that's a 4.0 GPA unweighted). (And 5 on every AP test I've taken so far)

here's some thing some of you can probly appreciate, my school was so small that I was salutatorian when i graduated, but I wasn't in the top 10% of my class. we only had 10 ppl so technically i was in the top 20% 🤢

We're full of smart people here. In high school, my grades were C+/B- but in college my GPA is 3.9
So it's not too late for the people who didn't study in high school! 😃
which college did you go to, though, amaranthine?

huh boy... I'm not sure about GPAs and letter grades, but out of 100, my cumulative average in high school's 88. Screwed up a lot freshman year (yaay, cutting class is fun!) but I tried to make a semi-serious effort every year since to get 90+ averages. Except... there's always one teacher every term that I mess up with completely. Heck, last term, I got a 65 because I didn't come to class on time ever, if I did show up. Since it was the second class of the day and since I was always up late at night, I was never able to wake up on time. Oddly, I got an 80 in my first class and not anything that was much lower. Those two grades brought my then average of maybe 91 or so down 3.5 points.... to 87.5 I think. Oh well, I like to think that I got what I could out of my classes-- I at least did well in the classes that I liked, although I slacked way too much. Grrr biased teachers who fall for the suckups.... grr Stuy...

I used to go to DLSU and UP in the Philippines (yea, I transfer a lot) but you prolly don't know those schools.
I go to a state university right now.
