The female character is part of the student council or school beautification committee but I can’t remember much about the male character except that he’s somewhat athletic maybe? They’re both a little stupid and most of the story centers around them becoming more intimate with each other. There’s a part where she overhears him and his friends talking about porn and there’s a misunderstanding in which she believes he only sees her as a sex toy/object. In the final chapter, they get married and they’re greeting and thanking all the wedding guests by shaking hands and the final panel is of the couple thanking the reader.

Also, I believe the same author made a separate oneshot involving toe sucking but the manga I’m looking for doesn’t have that.
