I'm thinking of buying a tablet pc and was wondering if anybody out there has been using it to read manga, or a smartphone perhaps, or even e-book reader. Would love to hear from those who tried or is using it to read manga and how comfy is it?

I have a nook color, but unless you have wireless internet then it's not worth it, and you can't take it outside unless you've got a free wi-fi hotspot...If it's just for home use I suggest sticking with your pc/laptop.

Well if your main purpose is reading ebooks and manga, get an e-reader with e-ink. Maybe a kindle or a nook. Reading on tablets and such is just really terrible for your eyes

I have a Kindle 3G. Not the touch, but the version right before.

Reading manga on it..... isn't that good. It's not bad, but it doesn't look great. I don't know how the Kindle touch is, maybe it's better. Idk. I wouldn't want to read manga on my Kindle though. @_@ It looks better naturally when I read on my laptop. I haven't tried reading manga on my HP touch, but it's probably as good as reading on a PC/mac.
