The cover is pink I think with lots of sakura. The girl character is named Wakaba. (I don't remember her full name)
The artstyle is kinda similar to beauty pop? I'm not sure but it's just that kinda old style (but not the ones like ailor moon or candycandy style)
The story is set in meiji japan era i think....not sure.
Romance (probably sad too??) genre.

I kinda recall one line that either goes I'll love you forever Wakaba or I'll remember you Wakaba.
