someone was asking about this manag this is what they remember,
ok the manga Description is like this, where the girl fell in love with a boy who drew very well. but he loves his sister or something, so he runs away with her. but he comes back to the girl without any memories of the past and falls in love with the girl. but she gets into an accident and leaving him with only his past memories....something like that

can anyone recognize this? 😳

It somewhat reminds me of the anime ef: a tale of memories, but I don't know if the manga is the same as the anime.
