Hey all, with the Sochi Olympics coming up and all of the controversy on the Russian LGBT views. I thought I would make this poll to see what peoples views are.

As for me, while I do not agree, at all, with what Russian Government is proposing, I also would not want the athletes to miss out on such an opportunity to represent their country.

I had thought about boycotting the Olympics. But then all these LGBT athletes started talking about why it was important for them to be there and compete. Just by being there as out and proud LGBT people, they are sending a message to the Russian Govt. But I'll probably still not watch much of the Olympics because I'm not as into the winter sports.

Not sure what that would achieve.
