i used to watch this in arabic as a kid, it's one of my fav old time animes, so i wonder if anybody else have seen it too? ^^

Yes!I used to watch it in Italy(although I've never seen the ending)
I'd die if someone licensed it over here or in English, I hope to be able to buy it in some form one day :3

I, and the group I'm with happen to have the raws of the anime. Are you interested in joining up on a fansubbing project for it?

A big hit in Greece! Most people of my generation remember very fondly this anime along with Plawres Sanshiro(another great series! - supposedly there was a manga of it published in Weekly Shounen Champion but I can't find anything here, any info would be appreciated 🙂 )

is someone able and willing to translate the manga? i have the raws but i dont know japanese
