hey i just noticed that most manga/anime sites that had C-Box have done away with it for some reason...i was gonna suggest that one should go here but thats kinda retarded since the forum is so well intergrated into the site. Does ne one know what happened to C-Box tho. Is it down or is it just a coincidence

Well, we've never had a chatbox on this site. For other sites, most of the time, they fall to spam. The admins there just get tired of dealing with all the problems associated with chatboxes, so they just do away with them

I never understood that. Closing them is probably what a lot of the spammers want. I say if it gets too bad, wash your hands of it and let the chatbox go by itself, and everyone use it normally ignoring them. The spammers will eventually know that they're just wasting their time (well the already were but you get the idea), and leave.

If you have something to say, make a post. If it isn't worth making a post for, why would you want to post it into a chatter box to begin with?

Well, you could use the IRC chan as a chatbox (actually, it was put there to be the chat-box)...if you don't know IRC there's the chat link on the right menu bar which will lead you there through your browser...no one uses it much though >.>

There was a bit of chatter there a little more than a year ago... it would be cool if it would be revitalized. Then again, I'm not on IRC often in general so I shouldn't be talking.
