Does anyone remember seeing an article on Japanese street fashion in a manga magazine in the early 2000s?
For years I thought this article had been printed in Tokyopop’s Smile magazine, but recently I went looking for it and could not find it.
The article features an interview with a girl on the street in Harajuku who is wearing a small stuffed animal in her shirt. The interviewer asks her why she has a stuffed animal and the girl replies that her neck line is a little bit too low and the stuffed animal is for modesty as well as style.

This isn’t manga itself, but I’m sure I came across it while reading manga. Thank you anyone who has any ideas!
