After all the searching I've done I'm starting to feel like I've just had a very vivid dream and this manga doesn't exist, but you people seem to be really good at identifying manga, so maybe you can help me. Here goes nothing...

The whole story is told from the perspective of the (stupid-ish, hot) seme. He contemplates leaving his boyfriend, who is too geeky and boring or something, but in the end he realizes that the guy is too fricking cute. I think all this while the uke was peacefully sleeping. From what I can remember, it was pretty funny and not too psychological or dramatic.

It also reminds me a lot of first story of Omae De Nakya Dame Mitai, but it's not the same manga.

It might be a doujinshi, oneshot, extra chapter of some manga or a figment of my imagination, I can't tell.

I'm really, really grateful if someone can help me.
