I think getting shot would have been what i'd have gone with rather than spend the rest of my life with a nut job. I'd just move away to a place where divorce is legal. But to be honest though, i think this is a rare case and you might be a bit overly paranoid about it happening to you. yeah. i'm pretty paranoid. but i have friends who are girls. i even had girlfriends. but having sex is where i'm paranoid about. so i'm one of those guys who wants to find a girl i want to marry before doing it. 😛

I heard from a philipino friend here, that you can buy gun for a cheap price in philipine, and a friend of him was shot while playing billard. I guess the threat were real. I dont understand why his parents would disowned him.

Couldn't one of your ex/gf's go into your room at night when your asleep and frame you in the same way?... Sex really isn't part of the equation.

don't know about guns. but a guy was even stabbed over a game of DOTA. and a girl stabbed the girlfriend of a guy she liked inside the school. MY school last week, when i was still in class. but what was really surprising was that the guy they were fighting over was butt ugly. lol. the first thought that came to my mind was:"why won't girls fight over me like that, when they would fight over a guy like that?" and the disowning is pretty common for chinese families since parents our parents don't want us to marry anyone of different ethnicity. maybe its a chinese thing. but our parents seem to look down on filipinos as only wanting to marry for money.

To be honest, with a gun pointed to me, i would consent since i wouldn't want to die for no reason. You should treat your life with more respect.
What i would've done is after that incident i would persuade my parents to move out of the country ASAP with the treat of everyone in the family being killed.
That way they would allow it and we would move and i wouldn't be shot or married to a slutty nutcase.

there are plenty of other reasons but mainly its my paranoia and thoughts of my future.

and no my ex's couldn't since i sleep at home with my 4 brothers in the same room, in a house where i live with my grandparents, parents, siblings. families of my uncles & aunties all in the same block. (close family right? 🤣 )

besides i also have a preference for chinese women and they're a bit conservative to try and pull that off. and they won't marry for money since they also already have financial security

I haven't really read the posts , I'll just drop off my thoughts.

 With my first girlfriend i was sort of annoyed that i was a virgin and she wasn't. I didn't blame her, i just would have liked it more if we both were virgins. But i got over it after a bit. 

   Now that that relationship over, it sort of has turned around.   
   Now i hope whoever isn't a virgin, and i am not botherd by the thought of her sleeping around with a lot of guys before she met me.  
       
     I guess after the first big relationship with sex, sex just loses a lot of its importance. Such things as getting along, understanding, respect and trust are what really makes the relationship special. Sex is just the cherry on top. 

@blackraven66:seems like your family is holding the old chinese tradition.
my family was also like that until I was 5 yo or something cant really remember, my dad and his siblings (7 of them) decided to leave the main house(now only my grandmother, grandfather and great grandmother with 4 or 4 maids live there) and buy a house each for themself.

disowning was pretty common in chinese family, but not nowadays.

I personally don't care if my partner is or isn't a virgin. I'm not even planning on getting married, so if there's no premarital sex, I'll be a virgin for all my life (hah, 40 yo virgin xD)

As for my first time... (which I still haven't had, thank you very much. I'm not that liberal to have sex before I'm an adult) I'd rather do it with someone who has experience, so we're not both clueless... Something like that.

Nontheless, it could have been spur of the moment and actually been shot.
I think it would be stupid to lose your life over something when you can just say 1 simple lie and get it over with.

I think it's wonderful for a guy to be a virgin and wait until he marries, and stuff, and to admit it, and not to be ashame of it.

To be honest, I hate sex, I prefer to make love with the man I love. Call me prude, or whatever, I just have to have that feeling for the guy, and he has to have that feeling for me, Love. It's not in me, to just have sex, with any guy that comes along. I hide myself, a lot, to avoid guys who just want another notch on his belt. I'm not having it, with him, just so he can get laid. 🙄 I hate that type of guy, it makes me sick. Anyway, bravo, to guys who aren't like that, and where the h*ll are you at?! 🤣 Kidding. 🤣

woo... I didn't think about that. The Chinese women in my area are the same as any other women in my area. Some Chinese girls I know uses people (people like me, cries), so they're just as bad.
