Hello. I'm looking for a manga wich has a postwar setting in wich humanity won the war against other races. So it can be either fantasy or sci fi. I think I read only the first chapter this year.

Those losing races then were "sealed" on several megastructures around the world and are on constant watch by teams of scouts. The story appears to be centered on a military/academy organization and the first chapter revolved on the interactions between the members of a group of these scouts wich are kind off lazy on their job (except for the male protagonist, wich appears to be the overly serious kind of type). They are chatting about menial things and what to do after finishing their compulsory conscription. I think the main character wanted to go on the military path. The lazy atmosphere is justified because there were no changes in several years on these "tombs" (I think the other species consited of demons, but maybe angels, beastmen and witches too).

All these interactions were done inside the patrol vehicle, that resembled an armored humbee/mini tank.
