Ability to Hide Categories on Group's Page

Hi,
if I may, I'd like to suggest adding an option to allow hiding the Categories section on Scanlation group's page. For people who usually has the 'Categories' section hidden on Series pages, it would be greatly appreciated if the same thing could be implemented there.
