I'm specifically trying to find Japanese boys love manga where one of more of the main character(s) is ftm. Not a cross-dresser, not a feminine male, but a trans man.

The ones I've been able to find don't aren't really BL but most of them are on my watch list to try. I have seen people ask this in the past but they're pretty old posts and I'm hoping to find something more recent.

Villain is the only one as far as I know. This is just my own opinion but I dont really like a lot of parts of the story and it has a lot of missing potentials with only having 1 volume but its still pretty good and I hope you enjoy it. If it gives you any comfort I think Yuki's backstory from Yuki to Matsu makes him pretty ftm too even if he's not exactly "born female".
