I can't remember the name of the manga, but it's about a guy whose son will lead the resistance against the machines. Basically the son and his companion are superior humans known as H+, and the story revolves around the guy as people are sent back in time to protect him. Also the robots try to obtain his "seed" before they kill him to produce stronger robots. Sorry for the poor explanation
