Hi I'm looking for a specific manga about an overpowered child in a fantasy setting. Unfortunately I can't recall the exact details. The child in question was a young girl. Emphasis is on child, the story takes place in her preteen years. I think it was an isekai/reincarnation type of story, where she was sick in her previous world and wished for a healthy body in the next one, which led to her getting a body that has extremely high stats such as strength, durability, magical talent, etc. Unlike some of the other isekai manga I've seen, she doesn't seem to have any special or exclusive ability, not that she seems to need it. Although she encounters dangers, thanks to her high stats she's able to deal with these situations easily.

It has a faint yuri vibe between the girl and her maid, who is relatively the same age. I think there's a male interest, but it seems one sided from his end. Overall, the story had a somewhat heartwarming, easygoing atmosphere.

I think the title of the manga might have started with a "D." Not sure about this.
