The base story was about a youngman enter a highschool/university ( i can't remember) and he chose to learn drawing or tobe a mangaka.
The school headmaster/(student's president) is a girl with goat horn kind of thing and she was the one establish the manga class.
And there some others girl like a acting girl, plotwritter girl, ... and they endup group together.
That all i can recall, this manga is kind of ecchi, slice of life, harem?, comedy,...
