I went like so: Host + Gynecologist, and after they hook up, the gyno reveals he knew it would happen eventually because the host noticed a sweet smelling fragrance about the gyno. Yeah, weird, but now it's bugging me. 🙄

I think I remember that one. if you check the last chapter of "Abiru Junjou" out, you will see this story there which is about the cousin of the main character who is a host and falls in love with a gynecologist due his sweet pheromone smell.
