What is your height and weight?
I'm 5'4", 115 lbs., and I'm a guy. Yes, I am Asian (full Vietnamese).
In metric terms, that would be 162.56 cm. and 52 kg.
I USED to be 160 lbs (or 72 kg.) last year, but I lost a lot of weight so I could trick/look sexy. LOL.
I blame my parents. My dad is 5'2", and my mom is 4'11".

I'm 5 foot 3 inches, and i don't know my weight, yay! i blame my parents... dad's 5 foot 6 inches, while my mom's a shorty 4 foot 11 inches 😃

Yeah.. I don't have enough muscles to add to my body mass. I'm so unhealthy, it's beginning to scare my parents. And I'm really small (just around 5 feet).

Usually the children are supposed to be taller than the parents but ...not in my case =[ My mom is 5'4 and my Dad around 5'9

Oookay want some advice? If you're not fully grown yet (aka the cartilages from your wrists aren't fully closed yet, you check that with an x-ray) you can simply hang all summer long from an exercise bar or something or DO SPORTS!...that's the only reason I'm taller than mom. I did tennis for around 7 years (but slacked off 99% of the time so that doesn't really count). If they're fully closed then...no luck 🙁
And I tried eating fats and junk food (which doesn't bother me in the least 😛 ), and tried eating at night. I'm ruining my health...and lost 3 kg -__-''
@Austin (can't remember...your..id...) I feel your pain about the 1.62 ..being short sucks but I always pass it off by blaming it on my parents 🤣
but how did you manage losing nearly..20 kg? 0_o...congrats anyhow 😛

I can't do much sports due to lung and spinal problems - hence the horrible lack of muscles. And I'm almost 19 already. I tried putting on weight by eating a lot, but the highest I've been able to reach is 40kg (and it doesn't even stay that way).
@sakurazuka_ni-chan: Eat LOTS of protein. That'll help you gain weight. Another thing you could do is to slow down your metabolism (eat less often), but I wouldn't recommend that.

^^slowing down your metabolism might help for training your stomach to have a bigger capacity, but I think it'd be better to eat alot of meals thorough the day (healthy ones, because you'd just screw up your health like I did), highly protein stuff and simply eat everything in sight 🤣
Also, I heard milk and bananas might help. Just stay away from musli. It's yucky and it does absolutely nothing 😃

weight - It's not polite to ask such a question from a lady 🤣 🤣 , but really, I've gained some weight because I've been sick for a while now.. (strange hu...) 🙁
