I've lost a lot of weight since the last time I posted, yay!

(been doing lots of exercise to get rid of my jellyrolls 😀 )

weight: 120 lbs.

I'm feeling pretty good with my weight right now. I actually have muscle now (been doing SQUATZ and DEADLIFTS up the wazoo) and low body fat... although I should try not to lose any more weight...
(or I'd be labeled as "underweight" )

Mine's changed too. Mostly because i was going by the weight from my last doctor's visit.

Now it's something like 5'10", 128 lb...? Its probably from my habit of forgetting to eat... and poverty. I should maybe include that I am in fact whitebread.

Hey 5'11" and 155 here. And yeah, women need more body fat than men for lactation, hormone production, and other essential functions.
