If the person has public lists, you can usually see which series they've left comments on by checking those out. If the user does not have their lists or comments public, you can search for their comments by going to google and searching for:

username site:www.mangaupdates.com/series.html

Using yourself as an example, your reading list shows that you've left a comment on Jagaaaaaan, and the google search returns the same.
