I think it's manhua (if not then a manhua). It is fully coloured with extremely detailed and impressive art. The story begins in a Chinese setting where a martial artist guy came to challenge the leader of an opposing faction. He's on a throne above a long flight of stairs an surrounds by a bunch of underlings, who the guy wiped the floor with. Then he's about to challenge the leader but got transported to a modern setting where a bunch of scientists summoned him via a dimensional machine of some sort (it's a vertical loop looking thing) Then some other from another setting arrive too, there are three in total. Then one of the woman scientist ended up taking them back to her mansion.

Now to answer your question, as F_J said, it should be Trinity Wonder, a Korean Manhwa (webtoon) from the creators of The Breaker series.
The setting started with Wuxia, which ended up interaction with Sci-Fi and Fantasy.
As you mentioned three guys gets summoned here because of teleporting research device failure, two ends up there a Gosu (guy) and a Magus (girl), who ends up going with the head researcher (girl) and staying at her mansion for the time being.
