I am looking for a specific yaoi manga. All I remember is Guy A is in a foreign country and gets hurt when he is by himself. I'm pretty sure he is also a famous author or something because people are looking for him. Guy B saves him and takes care of him, but cant speak Japanese. They are alone and begin to fall for each other. Guy B eventally goes to a town that was close by and tells them where he is. At the very end they meet in Japan and Guy B has started, or has learned, Japanese so he could talk to him.
