6 years since the website was launched, 4 years since i've opened my account...

although i've been exposed to manga in my childhood years, it was only 'til i've joined manga-updates that i've discovered how fantastic and life-changing manga truly is...the things i've learned from reading manga constitute a part of who i am today, and manga-updates played an awesome role in establishing my interest in this wonderful type of comics....

my participation in the manga-updates forum started sometimes after i've registered an account on the website...through the interesting and intellectual discussions on the forums, relevant or irrelevant to manga itself, i was able to expand my knowledge in various fields thanks to the diverse demographics of MU forum members....

this website is one of the few which i still visit since my adolescent years...thanks to all the staff of manga-updates for your superb job in maintaining the website to this very day...i hope MU will continue to grow and strengthen its database so that the future generation of readers will be able to gain access and learn to appreciate the marvelous world of asian comics...
