I read this over a decade ago, I'm pretty sure.

It was a story about a few former TV stars. As kids they were on a show displaying psychic abilities. Things like twisting a spoon with their mind.The show got cancelled due to an accident, if I recall correctly, and they all separated.

I believe there was bad blood between a few kids

Anyway, a few years later, the main character stumbles upon a crime scene. In fact, there's been a recent string of murders. Either his power let him determine something about the scene or something about it reminded him of the time he was a child star, I do not recall which. But it does result in several of the kids meeting up to figure things out. I am pretty sure they are either being targeted or the culprit is suspected to be one of the kids.

Sorry for lacking any specifics beyond this. It was a while ago and something just reminded me of it.
