I mean the pictures in the right corner, that keep changing-----> the "Preview Box"
Because it's not the manga they say it is...it doesn't even look like something by Naono Bohra...

the art in the preview pics dont really suit yaoi manga if you ask me

You're right, it's not yaoi. It's Kokuhaku aka Confession by KAWAGUCHI Kaiji; apparently the confusion arose from the alternate titles' similarity.
