When talking to them: "mam" or "mama", and "pap" or "papa".
When talking about them: "mama" and "papa".
When talking about them using a possesive personal pronoun: "moeder" and "vader"; "mamme", "moe", or "ma" ,and "pabbe", "va" ,or "pa" when I'm speaking in dialect.

Note: Dutch "oe" is pronounced like English "oo" but shorter, the final "a" is a pure long vowel, and the sylable-final "e" is pronounced as /ə/.

I call my mom "mama" and my dad "ata" or "ati" (if I want something 🙂 ) or "oč"
I really don't like it when children call their parents by their firt name... :S
Nowadays I notice this more and more...
(No offense to anyone who does this)

Mother:
Mama, ma, nanay, tipit (her nickname based on her first initial)

Stepdad:
Papa, pa, dipit (doesn't know I affectionately call him this)

My biological dad, who is living in the opposite side of the hemisphere, is not really worth to be called a "tatay" (father) in my book.
