This is killing me because I'm usually pretty good at organizing my manga bookmarks and remembering specific names but no matter how many times I searched for this one I just couldn't find it.

Description: Boy A is a model (or actor...or both) and he was secretly in love with boy B at his school. While on some kind of shoot up in the mountains he somehow wanders off and becomes lost (or something like that) and almost freezes to death and all that time he makes it through the cold by thinking of boy B. When he's rescued he realizes he has to take action and essentially...I think...ties Boy A up. Most of the rest of the volume is mostly smut and something about Boy B making boy A promise that nothing would become between him and his career.
