well yes but once again Itachi just had another "Super Hyper Forbidden Ultra Powerful Jutsu" that no one knew about... I would have liked it better if the battle had been a little more...tactical you know ?

This jutsu was kind of confusing.
I suppose if Izanagi allows for the user's body to be altered in reality (as if it was an illusion),
then Izanami alters the body of another in reality (as if it was an illusion). They are both jutsu
which alter reality in some way so I guess that eye contact for activation doesn't matter.
The instant win Uchiha techniques are still lame though.
...sigh, and to think I took a break from Diablo 3 for this...

I completely agree with you! This battle was so short and of course Itachi always has 10 tricks up his sleeve (even though itachi is one of my fav characters). But one thing I don't like about this fight is how brain dead the author made kabuto. It's like he turned into a generic villain with boring cliche comebacks like " you can never defeat me!, I'm way more faster, smarter and stronger then you" blah!!!

Hmmm... I'm confused how Izanami is supposed to "decide fate." Izanagi makes illusions into reality, and this one ...makes reality into illusions? Or not? And the connection to fate...? Was Kabuto's will somehow feeding the jutsu?

I think his fate is decided cause he'll just be trapped in this illusion till forever won't he ?
But then, how will they manage to stop Kabuto's jutsu ? Another genjutsu from itachi ? or will he need sasuke this time ?

I think Itachi will use this perfect time to talk to Sasuke about whatever things that need to be discussed. With this, I doubt Sasuke will have reason to hold a grudge against Konoha.

there will still be a grudge, it has to be Naruto who talk him out of it...

And what do you call the last five chapters (aside from Kabuto's flashbacks)? Izanami's major drawback is time, yet Itachi managed to avoid that expertly through countering Kabuto's every single Sennin move, despite Sasuke's hindrance.

Also, I am sick of brats whining over the Uchiha being 'haxx!!' They were one of the most powerful clans out there; they are descendants from the Sage of the Six Paths himself, and having only two forbidden jutsu that cost their eyes (there goes practicality), not to mention their weaknesses, suddenly makes them way overpowered? That is ridiculous. Everyone forgets their Fire Style specialty, for some reason, and let us not forget that Kakashi became a Jounin before ever havng the Sharingan.

Moreover, we have never really seen Itachi go all out before. I am surprised there aren't more jutsu up his sleve, actually.

Remember, Sasuke's Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan (and Madara's, for that matter) carry a fourth jutsu, so don't come crying when it is revealed.

If anything, that Kabuto is the one stealing everybody's powers for himself and is considered 'strong' by idiots because of it. I only grant him the Sennin Mode, not the Edo Tensei, which backfired anyway against the genius ninja.

In don't mean all the fight but at least its conclusion. I mean it is way different than the fights at the start of the manga (like in the tournament). It is inevitable that a manga will change with time, I'm just feeling a little regret...

As for Itachi, I do think that he, and the Uchihas in general, have a ton of justsus nobody know about, wether he has gone all out before or not, wether they were one of the more powerful clans, there are still been, since before the 1st hokage, a whole lot of people who have fought with or against them and should know about their jutsus.

Alright those eye techniques might have a drawback but overall an eye to cheat death is a simple deal which bears more pros than cons no matter how you look at it, and a technique that is basically just a cheat key when it activates and gets you stuck in a endless loop can beat anyone at the price of an eye? Well im sure such a thing is useful in a fictional world vs some strong fella everyone seems to lose against 😮 , the point is they have to many techniques related to their eyes that their fire style is just worthless the only thing reason they use fire techniques so much is because it was compatible to their clan. , a fire that burns endlessly, a powerful illusion, a weird ass looking giant which provides defense and offense abilities, and 2 more gay ass abilites that affect reality of them selfs and other, to summarize its getting a bit overused. And since you meantion the fact that the Uchiha were the most powerful clan and a descendants of the sage of the six paths then i wonder why only the first Hokage was the only all godlike entity that could rival them, lets look at the current bloodline of the first Hokage, Tsunade, no matter how i look at it Sasuke can beat her no problem in a fair fight, and i could name several others that could. And they are both descendants of the sage, im feeling like the Uchiha got a better bargain out of the sage.
