Looking for Cooking manga (again)

Hi again guys,
I've asked about this before, and I'd like to ask this again.
I'm looking for a cooking manga. 🙂
Here're the ones that has been suggested to me before:
And here're the ones that I'm 100% sure are not the one I'm looking for:
If I remember correctly, it's about a male protoganist who travels around cooking and helping others (something like Ajihei, but much more serious). I'm pretty sure its genre is Shounen. Anyway, the one I'm looking for contains the following scenes:
Nabe competition on a train. Protoganist noticed that his diners were getting tired after eating too much meat, so he opened up the side door/window to let them enjoy the scenery.
The protoganist and 2 other guys (dad and son) are served some special dishes. As the son is eating, the dad suddenly stops his son from eating, stating that the food combination was "poisonous". Soon after, the son has a stomachache, and runs out. The protoganist, however, commended the dish, saying the combination is only dangerous if eaten in the wrong order.
This is one manga that I've been looking for as long as I've been looking for Ajihei, Jan, and Cooking Master Boy.
