Well good day... I can't clearly describe what i am looking for in the title but i'm looking for series that has a hero which has a very weak ability but it doesn't let it bother him or something that instead of seeking greater power, he utilizes his given skill to it's fullest to fight. A manga for comparison would be to aru majutsu no index wherein his skill as a psychic falls at level 0 but because of his resourcefulness he can overcome opponents with much higher level than him.

Another is houshin engi wherein the hero is not very strong compared to his allies and his enemies but his strength lies in his strategic skills.

The disadvantage i'm looking for is not limited to innate powers, it could also be the weakest type of weapon in that world but nevertheless pawns his enemies!!
