apologies if it is a bit jumbled, it's a bit hazy some of the details
I think the Seme is younger than the Uke, but still close in age
Seme knows uke, maybe family or childhood friend or knows each other somehow.
Uke was either asked to help seme in some way (maybe tutor?) or meeting again after a long time
Uke drops by seme's home/room suddenly or while helping seme out he suddenly attacks the seme and ends up having sex, Uke taking the lead rides the seme. And leaves seme in shock after.
Not so sure about the rest but i think the seme can't forget what happened and when they meet again uke teases the seme as a seme reacts when they meet again and ends up sleeping together a second time
Uke maybe was in love with seme for some time already
