Okay, so I'm looking for a yaoi manga. Don't remember much, but the story goes something like this:

There's a student council president, or just class president (an uke) who is secretly in love with his classmate or the member of some club. During one of the club's meetings, its members voting for something and the seme's idea gets the most votes.

Then uke's brother (who knows about his bro sexual preferences) comes to uke's classroom to borrow a dictionary. He adresses the uke by his first name which surprises the seme. Uke is somehow angry and tells his bro not to use his first name at school, then lends him dictionary.

Oh, and seme doesn't know that guy is uke's brother and acts jealous. Seme and uke had sex at the end of this oneshoot (well..I do believe it's an oneshoot).

Does anyone know such manga?
